Bespokey Doke complies with Australian Consumer Law. We believe in selling the highest quality service and products, and as such, will provide a replacement or refund in the unlikely event your goods are damaged or faulty when they arrive to you. If you have an issue with your goods, please contact us without delay within 14 days. If goods are damaged, we will arrange postage back to us as soon as possible, and will speak to you about providing a refund or replacement.

Under no circumstances will we replace or refund goods damaged by the buyer, including being written on, torn, folded or otherwise changed from the arrived state. In other words, we cannot refund or replace for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure all details are correct before we send to print. Whilst we take the greatest of care, Bespokey Doke are not liable for any errors once artwork is approved by the buyer and sent to print.

Bespokey Doke’s designs are unique to us and as such are protected under Australian Copyright Law. Please do not steal our designs.
